Who we are
Mark "Trip" DeMeo,
Owner/CEO of DeMeo Construction LLC.
Growing up his time was spent in gorgeous northern California, honing his skills as a master carpenter in the family business. With his strong family ties, it has landed him in the Dallas Fort Worth area, following his families migration to Texas.
As a second-generation builder, he combines years of experience with a no-nonsense approach to construction. Initially, his expertise was rooted in his family owned high end custom residential home building company, where he fine tuned his skills in quality craftsmanship and advanced techniques. Recognizing the need for exceptional construction services across varying budget levels, Trip shifted his focus to middle-class residential remodeling, additions and new construction.
Over the course of his career in this sector, he has successfully elevated the standard of client experience and product quality, addressing gaps in the industry. His commitment to excellence continues to drive DeMeo Construction's mission: to provide superior construction services regardless of budget constraints.

With 40 years of experience navigating the dynamic business world, our business manager brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to everything she does.
Having been instrumental in numerous startup ventures, she possesses a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on expertise.
Affectionately known as "Work Mom" by the team, she not only keeps our operations running seamlessly but also fosters a supportive and efficient environment.
When she's not masterfully managing the office, you'll find her tending to her garden, creating culinary delights in the kitchen, enjoying anything outdoors in the sunshine, and most of all, spending time with her dear friends and family.
